For the last 20 years Katie has worked internationally with countless women and teenagers living with trauma, behavioral, addiction, anxiety and neuro-diverse challenges.
Dedicated to helping humans reconnect with their creative power, express their true selves, and live their highest potential. She believes in the healing and transformative power of art.
Katie's approach is shaped by her personal healing journey, recovering from anxiety and a brain injury she received during a martial arts competition.
She has a diverse background spanning the Australian Military, China-Australia relations, corporate systems change, education, physical performance and linguistics.
Recognized with a NSW Premier’s Teachers Award for her innovative education programs, Katie’s creative workshops have been featured on major TV networks including Channel 10 (Totally Wild), Channel 9 (The Shak), and Channel 7 (The Great South East).
