KATIE GRUBB offers FREE SHIPPING Australia-wide.

*Artwork that is going to remote areas may incur an additional charge if shipping is above standard rates. If you believe that you may be in a remote area and shipping usually costs more than standard rates you are welcome to contact us via the website contact form at katiegrubb.com to confirm before purchase.

We use various freight companies to ship items depending on the size and nature of the items, for this reason, we can not accept PO Box addresses for deliveries.

When your order is shipped we will notify you via email with your tracking number.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

We aim to ship in-stock orders within 3 business days of purchase.

For smaller items, delivery times within Australia vary depending on your location, please allow 2–7 business days for your order to arrive after dispatch.

We can not guarantee that your parcel will arrive in this timeframe.

Commission artworks or artworks that require framing or resining will have a 2–6 week wait time. You will receive an email with all of this information after purchase. If you would like to request current lead times please contact us via the website contact form at katiegrubb.com

Artwork shipping can take longer when using a specialised artwork courier, 1–4 weeks depending on their run schedules at the time of purchase. An email with all the details will be sent to you after purchase.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international shipping on smaller items we use a variety of options including,

Australia Post, TNT or DHL.

You are responsible for any additional local customs and duties on your order, we are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.

If your order is refused by your country by no fault of KATIE GRUBB, you are

responsible for any additional shipping charges or costs incurred. You are responsible for the tracking of your own parcel, failure to collect your parcel from the designated outlet may result in your parcel being returned to KATIE GRUBB in Australia upon which you will need to cover the costs of re-postage of your order.

RETURNS

KATIE GRUBB does not offer returns on change of mind purchases so please choose with care.

Exchanges will be offered on items such as fashion, homewares and accessories within a 4-week timeframe. If you would like to exchange an item please contact us via the website contact form at katiegrubb.com .Items must be returned with original packaging and tags in an unworn and unused condition. Additional postage will be covered by the purchaser.

There are no exchanges available on original KATIE GRUBBworks.

KATIE GRUBB will only offer a refund on faulty items, any issues with your order must be reported to us via the website contact form at katiegrubb.comwithin 48 hours from receiving your parcel. Returns will need to be finalised and returned to us within 5 working days. Where we are at fault we will cover any additional postage.

When shipping your returns back to us please be mindful of your packaging as KATIE GRUBB is not liable for lost or damaged parcels.

Workshops and 1:1 Sessions

KATIE GRUBB does not provide refunds on any ticketed workshops, events or sessions. 

For 1:1 sessions, you may request a reschedule up to 48hours before the session. KATIE GRUBB will endeavor to reschedule your session to a time that suits you, however, the time must fit within the offered times by KATIE GRUBB. Reschedule requests to times outside of the offered times will not be considered. 

If you do not attend your scheduled session for any reason no refund will be offered.
