Navigating the unseen: A regenerative approach
My approach is based on regenerative system design and weaves together kinesiology, somatic movement therapy, creative processes and enquiry, guiding you to uncover the gift of true alignment with your whole self.
What drives me: A passion for transformation
Formed from my education and broad life experience, I am deeply passionate about:
Helping individuals unlock the potential of their own body and energy systems, fostering adaptability and vitality.
Empowering other creative and healing entrepreneurs to establish streamlined and adaptable business systems for sustainable success.
Assisting organisations to cultivate creativity, agility, empathy and resilience.
Creating art that evokes the feeling of awe and curiosity and works with biomorphic fields of energy.
Unlocking patterns: My personal journey of transformation
Too often we find ourselves locked into routines, systems and habits that drain us and resist change. These patterns become so ingrained that they affect every part of our lives, keeping us in cycles of stress and depletion. But our world is nudging us to reconnect with a more natural and adaptable way of living.
My own creative journey of art and music has been layered between experiences in the military, corporate world, teaching, running businesses, fitness instructing and parenting.
At 17, my love for music led me to the military, where I ended up driving trucks and training in the Intelligence Core instead. I was fluent in Chinese and they wanted me to learn Arabic, a language I'd always been curious about. But when it came time to sign an 11-year contract, something inside me yelled, 'Don't do it!' I did not want my intuitive, code and pattern-seeing abilities to be used in a way to harm others. So, at the age of 22, I left and roamed the world for a while, immersing myself in colours, patterns and culture.
Learning to reconnect: From burnout to renewal
My military training equipped me with valuable leadership and analytical skills, but it also conditioned me to constantly push my limits and ignore my natural human instincts. My motto was simple: 'Don't stop until you drop.' As a young woman in the Australian Army, I also had to endure significant sexual harassment and was even advised to take hormones to halt my menstrual cycle as it got in the way of field exercises. Interestingly, the corporate world and our education system often resemble softer versions of the same structure, out of alignment with regenerative ways of being.
Living this way led to burnout and recovery, a cycle I couldn't break until a brain injury forced me to slow down and immerse myself in my art. Talk therapy, communication training and somatic therapy helped me become more aware and emotionally resilient. But deep-seated patterns on a cellular and energetic level still held me back. That's when I discovered biofield therapy, which released blocks and changed patterns on a cellular level. It was a pivotal moment when I realised the connection between this energy and the transformative power of my art.
The power of creativity: Guiding transformation and empowerment
This transformation inspired me to train in BodyConnect Healing and develop The Creative Flow Academy. Soon, I was helping teenagers with trauma and neurodiversity, facilitating art therapy and creative workshops, and assisting organisations with their change management processes.
Traversing memory, place and experience, my work is about how we perceive, how we see and how we feel. It is about all the fragments of life interconnecting and becoming whole.
I believe that embracing the energy of creativity, playfulness and imagination are essential ingredients for infusing beauty and freedom into the world.
My goal is to inspire you to embrace who you are...and create more of what you love in the process.
This is what is going to change the world.
Keep making time to do the things you love...
…and stay curious.
