Commission Process

Every commissioned piece begins with a conversation about the details. The style, the colour palette, and space that you envision for the piece. If possible, I will ask you to send photos of the room.

When you choose the dimensions for the piece, I will send a quote and a contract. Once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid, your commission will be scheduled.

During the planning of your piece, I consider the details we discussed as I create the conceptual idea of the composition, style and colour palette. Sometimes I may create some markups for your feedback or show some pictures of existing art to see if there are elements you would like on your commissioned piece.

Your art panel will be custom built according to your preferred dimensions. I will superimpose the art in the photo of the space designated for the piece to show how it will look. Sometimes I will send some pictures as it is being created to check you are happy with the way it is unfolding.

Once I have completed your commission, I will send photos so that you can approve the finished piece before it is prepared for delivery.

Once the final payment for your piece is received, your art will be either created and shipped or hand delivered, depending on the final destination.
